International Professional Development for Practice

Erasmus+ mobility projects support the professional and personal development of youth workers, educators, and volunteers. Through seminars, training courses, study visits, and networking events, we collaborate at the European level to develop new methods and promote inclusive approaches. The focus lies on deepening shared values such as tolerance, freedom, and human rights, as well as improving access for marginalized youth.

Which topics drive you in your educational practice? We care deeply about how we can strengthen communities—for a fair, respectful society that upholds human rights, promotes social entrepreneurship, and places the mental health and well-being of young people at its center.

Through Erasmus+, we offer professionals, educators, and youth workers the opportunity to gain new know-how, exchange best practices, and support young people in becoming active citizens in the best possible way through international mobilities, professional training sessions, and methodology workshops.

Whether working full-time or on a voluntary basis: Through us, you have the opportunity to participate in practice-oriented further training in Austria and across Europe, expand your skills, and build valuable international connections. Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are funded through Erasmus+.
